course has been officially re-opened.

required to complete a Leave of Absence Application Form (available by clicking on
the link below, or on request from the Hon. Secretary of the Club) and to submit it for
the attention of the Hon. Secretary of the Club before the 31st January 2011. Note
that the form is also available from behind the clubhouse bar.
